M2 Guard Satin 5L - Emulsion Floor Seal

Guard Satin is a floor seal with exceptionally long life and has excellent soil resistance. Ideal for floors with heavy traffic. It is a water based emulsion seal that is fast drying, low in odour, non flammable and easy to apply. Guard Satin is a clear coating with a superb satin finish without the hazards of solvent based floor seal. For use on terrazzo, stone, concrete, porous composition, linoleum, vinyl, thermoplastic and wood floors.

APPLICATION
With a flat mop applicator apply a generous even coat of seal, do not leave puddles and make sure the correct amount of seal is used. Take care not to overlap coats. Allow first coat to dry, 1 hour us usually sufficient, then apply one or two further coats evenly to the floor surface allowing each coat to dry thoroughly.

COVERAGE
125-200 square metres per 5 litres of seal depending on the floor surface to be sealed.

MAINTENANCE
The sealed floor can be maintained using M2 Ultra cleaning solution and a flat mopping system or a automatic scrubber drier and a red floor pad.

DRYING TIME:
Touch Dry - 1 hour.
Hard Dry - 2 hours.
Foot traffic and normal wear - 8 hours.
Full Chemical hardness - 7 days.
